Starting maintenance services

In order:

1. Coolify — the deployment platform itself, needed before anything else can run; its installer sets up Docker too.
   • A Fresh Install for first-time use
   • A Migration restoring from an old server
2. Authentication — Authentik, so SSO exists before the services that'll actually use it.
3. Beszel — stats, watching everything deployed from here on.
4. Forgejo — code hosting, including this site's own source.
